Golden community provides holistic services in the community. We are a nurse led service covering Kimbolton and surrounding areas providing home visits. We specialise in dementia, palliative and end of life support along side care packages. We also provide qualified activity coordinators/ befriending service to enrich people’s life’s in the community and tackle isolation and loneliness. We provide respite services at home for people who have dementia to give their carers a well deserved break.
We have now purchased a property in Catworth and converting in to a small 6 bedded nursing home and day centre facility. Providing high quality care and enrichment services in a rural village location. We will be offering good locally sourced hot meals daily at both the Nursing home, day centre and the community.
